The Client’s Objective
Engage Learning Magazine is a non-fiction way of storytelling, introducing children to what scientists experiment and discover in the present day. When they first approached Startup Media, they were looking for an innovative new magazine design and an engaging website. The idea was to impart knowledge to kids through a revolutionary education program, which also fulfilled academic criteria.
Our Solution
What makes an educational story more interesting? The answer is, most certainly, visuals!
Startup Media rethought the magazine's design language completely, employing a vibrant colour palette and relevant images to help children understand the content better.
We began the journey of the website to make the enrollment for magazine subscription easier. To supplement the website's focus on fun learning and fascinating facts, we devised blogs full of engaging trivia to attract and educate the readers.
For the brand to get a wider recognition we created Social Media pages on Facebook and Instagram. The Social Media engagement revolved around stories based on the theme of the latest magazine issue, which influenced the target audience's purchase decisions.
The Result
Despite a challenging media climate, the social media promotional activities generated 8,000+ likes since its inception, a constant average monthly page reach of 25,000 and a monthly engagement of 5,000.
